Thanks to painting or hot-dip galvanizing on metal structures of public devices, corrosion does not appear on the metal surface for a long time, and film-coated plywood is well resistant to mechanical influences.

Thanks to their numerous functions, TÜV certified play castles are an indispensable part of public playgrounds. Some types of our standard products are available in hollow section and metal column and pipe clamp versions. The maintenance-free metal play castles manufactured by us include, among others: slide, rope net, climbing wall, tunnel, hanging or chain bridge, swing, OXO amoeba, chain balancer, etc. During the design of the playground equipment, we also paid attention to ensure that metal play equipment provides enjoyment for as wide an age group as possible, so we paid special attention to designing easily accessible mini play castles with low fall height for the smaller ones.
Slide
One of the main attractions of public play castles are slides. Depending on their size, EU standard play castles have slides with seat heights of 0.59 m, 0.9 m, 1.2 m and 1.5 m. When designing the Faberland maintenance-free tower slide, it was equally important that the certified device be safe, aesthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly and have minimal maintenance.
The TÜV certified slide complies with the requirements of EN 1176-1:2018, EN 1176-3:2018 standards, so as a public slide it can be safely installed in kindergartens, schools and other public institutions.
The material of the public tower slide or slide tower manufactured by us, in order to meet usability, durability and aesthetic requirements, is metal and plastic.
The metal parts of the certified slide are galvanized, coated with a plastic layer with electrostatic powder coating.
The plastic elements of the slide play tower are made of UV resistant HDPE sheets, which are well resistant to weather conditions and possible damage.
