Hip stretching station product description

The Hip Stretching Station (ACT 304) is a certified fitness device for outdoor use, providing an alternative solution to age-related problems and is perfect for rehabilitation and mobilization exercises. The EU standard tool has three separate functions and can be used by up to four people at the same time. All four functions can be achieved by strengthening the waist, hips, buttocks and abdominal muscles, as well as relaxing and stretching the muscles adjacent to the spine. When using a certified fitness device, the back is straight, the legs are on the footrest, and the hands are on the handrail. To use the rotating hip movers located on opposite sides of the station, standing on the dial causes the hip to rotate from right to left all the way to the stops. To use the right-left tilting hip moveor, you also need to stand up on the round-shaped dial and then move your hips by pressing your alternating legs downwards. The fourth function of the station is a balancing element, which is a hemisphere made of UV- and weather-resistant EPDM-coated polyester. The metal parts of the outdoor fitness equipment are made of ST 37 steel with a three-stage surface treatment, thanks to which it is resistant to corrosion influences. Handrails, seats and other parts are made of polyethylene plastic made of injection molding or rotary casting. The product has a solid structure, so they are well resistant to possible damage. They require no or minimal maintenance. The outdoor fitness track setup complies with the standard EN 16630:2015 permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
