The Double hang bar (FLTE038) is an important tool for outdoor fitness parks, as pulling and hanging is considered one of the basic exercises of bodyweight training. The standard product, in addition to intensively training the arm, shoulder, abdominal and back muscles, provides an opportunity to develop a sense of balance and movement coordination in street workout parks.
