Foot press machine product description

The Foot press machine (CF 06) is an outdoor fitness equipment designed for seated use, consisting of two separate units, allowing up to two users to utilize the standard equipment simultaneously. On the training device, the two Foot press machine units are located opposite each other. The public product is an EU standard fitness device suitable for developing and strengthening the muscles and joint stability of the legs and waist. Thanks to this, it is considered a basic tool when installing public fitness parks. When used correctly, the back rests against the backrest, and the hands cling to the handles. After that, we put the legs on the footrest, and then we can strengthen our leg, buttock and waist muscles by stretching and bending the knees. Leg pushing is one of the best exercises to strengthen the thigh muscle, as our hamstring, hamstring and gluteal muscles all work during the exercise. The outdoor fitness track setup complies with the standard EN 16630:2015 permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
