Stepper and hip mover product description

The Stepper and hip mover (CF 16) is an EU standard fitness device with two separate functions that can be used by up to two people at the same time. After installing the public fitness park, the hip movement part of the device can be used sitting and the stepping part can be used standing. When using the stepper, the back is straight, the hands grip the handrail, and the feet stand on the footrest. By placing the body weight on the right and then on the left leg, a stepping movement is formed. The TÜV certified hip movement device can be used sitting with a straight back. The feet are on the footrests, and the hands are on the handrails. When using the certified hip movement device, the hips turn alternately to the right and then to the left all the way to the bumpers. Public combined fitness device is suitable for complex strengthening of the muscles of the legs and buttocks. During the construction of the outdoor fitness park, the Stepper and hip mover complies with the standard EN 16630:2015 permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
