Hip Spinner product description

The Hip Spinner (CF 01-1) is an EU standard fitness device with both sitting and two standing functions, which can be used by up to three people at the same time. When building an outdoor public fitness park, it can be an advantageous choice. The basis of both functions is rotational movement, which is suitable for strengthening the waist, hips, buttocks and abdominal muscles, as well as for relaxing and stretching the muscles next to the spine. This form of exercise is especially beneficial for those who do sedentary work, as well as for those with back and lower back pain. When using this TÜV certified fitness device while seated, the back is straight, the feet are on the footrest and the hands are on the handrail. The hips make a right-left rotational movement all the way to the stops. When using a certified fitness device stationary, the legs are on the dial, the hands are on the handrail, and the torso also performs a right-left rotational motion. The outdoor fitness track setup complies with the standard EN 16630:2015 permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
