Arm and leg exerciser for disabled people (CFE 04) is a public fitness device specially designed for people with reduced mobility or older people. The design of the EU standard fitness device allows it to be approached by a wheelchair. A certified fitness device primarily develops the muscles of the arms and legs. Two curved rotatable axes are located on the certified device, which can be rotated in a sitting position with arms and legs using cycling movements. The standard fitness product provides a gentle form of exercise. The public device is recommended when building any inclusive public fitness park that provides outdoor training for a wide range of visitors. The outdoor fitness track setup complies with the standard EN 16630:2015 permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
