The public swinging device allows you to strengthen the front and hind thighs, which is why it is considered one of the basic device for outdoor fitness training. In addition to strengthening waist, hip and gluteal muscles, the standard training machine is also suitable for developing movement coordination. The safety of using certified fitness equipment is guaranteed by end bumpers and handrails. The outdoor fitness track setup complies with the standard of outdoor fitness equipment permanently installed on EN 16630:2015.
