Leg stretcher and leg expander product description

The Leg stretcher and expander (CF 27) is a two-person public fitness device with two separate functions. The functions of the TÜV certified device complement each other perfectly during lower body strengthening. The leg storage function of the public fitness device is suitable for strengthening the outer and inner thighs, and the leg stretching function allows strengthening the front and hind thighs, waist, hips and gluteal muscles, as well as improving movement coordination. It is considered a popular device during the installation of a public fitness park, as the certified device is suitable for strengthening many muscles of the lower body. When using the leg expander as intended, both hands hold the handrail, the feet are on the footrests while keeping the back straight. The sequence of movements is simple: after spreading the stretched legs, we pull them back to the starting position. The leg stretching unit can be used by standing on the footrest, the leg stretcher can be used by swinging the foot left and right. The greater the swing, the more intense the outdoor workout will be. The standard swinging device allows you to strengthen the front and hind thighs, which is why it is considered one of the basic exercises for outdoor fitness workouts. The safety of the EU standard leg stretcher and expander is guaranteed by bumpers located at the end points. The outdoor fitness track setup complies with the standard EN 16630:2015 permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
