In a broader sense, inclusion means accepting and appreciating the diversity and diversity of individuals in a given community, and thus one of the strongest levels of ensuring equal opportunities.
When designing its public playgrounds, Faberland Kft. considers it important to accommodate persons with disabilities, to harmonize barrier-free and traditional playground equipment, thereby strengthening and integrating the common play experience. Our latest TÜV certified inclusive products in our range are fun for a wide range of users, as these integrated products are designed for people with disabilities and reduced mobility, but people with disabilities – including wheelchair users – can play on the certified device together with healthy people at the same time.
Our accessible public play equipment is perfect for schools, kindergartens and rehabilitation centers as well. We recommend inclusive playgrounds distributed by us alongside existing or under construction children’s playgrounds or adult playgrounds, as this way parents, grandparents and their peers with limited mobility or vision can spend their free time actively.
EU standard playground equipment for outdoor use also offers alternative solutions to age-related problems for rehabilitation and mobilization exercises. Public inclusive products focus on different areas, thus working the muscles of the shoulders and back, supporting memory with dedicated toys and preventing the weakening of fine motor skills. In addition to entertainment, inclusive playground equipment develops proprioception and coordination, as well as supports kinesiotherapy of the upper extremities.
The structure of public devices includes elements of both stainless and carbon steel. For corrosion protection, carbon steel elements are coated with cataphoresis or chemical protection, applied with an epoxy primer, and then an outer decorative overlay, coloring layer. The non-slip walking surface is made of 10 mm thick, contour-milled HPL, while the backrest is made of HDPE sheet. The surfaces of playground equipment are corrosion resistant to extreme weather conditions and UV radiation. The maintenance-free play equipment we distribute represents premium quality and provides an aesthetic appearance for public spaces. They require no or minimal maintenance. Public playground equipment complies with EN 1176.
